How to Download and Activate Your Product

After your purchase is completed, follow the simple steps below to download, install, and activate your Autodesk product using your Autodesk account.

Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of the Account

  • The Autodesk account provided is a genuine student account under the Autodesk Educational Program eligibility.
  • While Autodesk educational versions are free for eligible students, the charges mentioned in your invoice are for Pro Code service and processing charges only.
  • All terms and conditions defined by the official Autodesk Educational Program apply to this account.

2. Subscription & Validation Periods

The account validity starts from the date of activation. Depending on the package purchased, the following terms apply:

  • 1-Year Package: Valid for 365 days from activation. (Extendable)
  • 3-Year Package: Valid for 1,095 days from activation. (Extendable)
  • 5-Year Package: Valid for 1,825 days from activation. (Extendable)

Extension of the account validity is subject to the current service rates at the time of renewal.

3. Usage & Account Security

  • For account security and to prevent flagging, the account should be used on a maximum of three (03) devices.
  • The account is intended for educational purposes. Using the Autodesk Educational account for commercial or non-educational purposes is done at your own risk.
  • The account cannot be resold or its ownership changed without explicit permission from the Pro Code team.

5. Technical Requirements & Installation

  • We do not accept a lack of system requirements as a valid warranty claim. It is the user’s responsibility to check the official system requirements for each software before downloading.
  • To prevent activation errors, we highly recommend removing all previously installed Autodesk products and registries from your system before installing the new versions.
  • Only the latest software versions provided through the portal are supported. Older versions may not be compatible with current educational licensing.

6. Data & Support

  • To prevent data loss, users are strongly recommended to back up all files to local storage or external drives before the account expiration date.
  • For any inquiries, technical issues, or billing questions, please contact Pro Code only. Do not contact Autodesk directly for support regarding these service-based accounts.
  • A fully guided video is provided for setup. If further personalized agent assistance is required, it is considered an extra service and may be subject to additional fees and waiting times.

Warranty Policy & Refund Terms

1. Warranty Duration

Pro Code provides a limited warranty based on the subscription package purchased, starting from the date of account activation:

  • 1-Year Package: 364 Days Warranty.
  • 3-Year Package: 1,092 Days Warranty.
  • 5-Year Package: 1,820 Days Warranty.

2. Scope of Coverage

  • This warranty applies strictly to the functional access of the Autodesk Account.
  • Pro ODE is not responsible for, nor does the warranty cover, any designs, projects, models, or data created by the customer using the software.
  • Data management and file integrity are the sole responsibility of the user.

3. Voiding the Warranty

  • The warranty will be immediately and irreversibly voided if any of the following occur:
  • Any attempt to change or remove the provided account email address.
  • Reselling the account, sharing credentials, or attempting to change ownership without written permission from Pro CODE.
  • Manual deactivation of the account or breach of Autodesk’s educational eligibility terms.
  • If an account is locked, disabled, or deactivated by Autodesk due to “unauthorized account activity”, the warranty is void.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to the following strict timeline and eligibility:

  • First 03 Days: A full refund is available if a claim is made within the first 72 hours of purchase.
  • After 03 Days (Full Package Customers Only): For claims made after the 3-day window, a 50% deduction plus service charges will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Other Purchases: No refunds are provided for individual software add-ons or partial service purchases outside of the “Full Package” bundles.

5. Claim Examination & Final Authority

  • The Pro CODE technical team will examine all warranty claims to determine the cause of the issue.
  • Pro CODE reserves the right to make the final decision on all claims, including whether to replace an account or issue a partial refund.
  • By purchasing, the customer agrees to abide by the final decision rendered by the Pro Code team without further dispute.

6. Autodesk Educational Programme Discontinuation

  • Pro CODE’s services are contingent upon the continued availability of the Autodesk Educational Program. In the event that Autodesk discontinues, suspends, or materially alters its educational subscription program including the removal of free educational access for eligible users any active Pro Code subscriptions linked to such accounts will be terminated accordingly.

  • In such circumstances, Pro Code provides no warranty of refund, compensation, or replacement service. The charges paid to Pro Code represent service and processing fees only, not a guarantee of continued Autodesk software access. Pro Code will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers as soon as reasonably practicable upon becoming aware of such a discontinuation.

  • By purchasing a subscription, the customer acknowledges and accepts this risk as inherent to the nature of third-party educational licensing.
